In order to consolidate in the Caribbean Islands, Keralty begins providing medical services in the Dominican Republic starting in 2022.

Leveraging its extensive experience and successful outcomes in other countries, Sanitas Dominican Republic began operations with a first medical center and will continue to develop a wide network of centers to contribute to the health of Dominicans and offer better services every day to the affiliates of the different public and private health systems in the main cities of the country.

In April 2024, the second Sanitas Medical Center in the Dominican Republic, named February 27, was inaugurated, which has 12 specialty consultation rooms and outpatient surgery rooms, digestive tract endoscopy, among other services.
