Communities that care
The Keralty Foundation Center promotes caring communities, developing its mission of implementing community care network strategies in the different areas where we work. We have 3 main lines of work:
Compassionate care communities
We develop the compassionate cities program that seeks to strengthen care networks around people with high dependency, mental health needs, and end-of life support. Thus improving the well-being and quality of life of more than 100,000 people and their families.
Healthy rural communities
We build local capacities through wellness managers, identifying and strengthening health assets and articulating local institutions to achieve better health and well-being conditions. Impacting the prevalent health conditions in rural territories such as diarrheal and respiratory diseases.
Community approach
We develop the community approach within our companies to achieve comprehensive, person-centered care that strengthens their networks and connects them with the resources of their community and environment to improve their health and well-being conditions.
Institute to Be
We work towards reducing burnout and promoting health in the workplace through methodologies based on Mindfulness and the cultivation of Compassion.
