Our short and long term goals
Corporate Governance
- To keep our coverage indicators greater than 50% in the training and evaluation of ethical issues and internal codes of behavior.
- Operation, recognition and interaction of the delegated subcommittee to know the different typologies that are presented and achieve 90% of the cases that are consulted are resolved there to raise our ethics committee in full.
Labor
- To design and include 4 new choices of inclusive employment.
- To create a comprehensive management plan that provides support and accompaniment from all human development processes.
Suppliers
- Increasing in a 40% the participation in the suppliers good practices program.
- Strengthen the internal committee at Colsanitas Clinic, EPS Sanitas and Colsanitas.
- Establish work plans through the findings of the MICompra application implementation.
Community
- Having at least 50% of the volunteers enrolled in the program actively participating.
- Have 15 student institutions (5 each year until 2023) with volunteers who promote the strengthening of healthy lifestyle habits with Keralty volunteers.
- Achieve that 100% of our own EPS medical centers have a community focus.
Evironmental
- To start using electronic forms including digital signatures for internal formats and for users who do not have legal restrictions.
- To eliminate the waste of paper in medical or administrative procedures between companies of the Keralty group
- Reduce energy consumption by 5% per year in clinical sites on a sustained basis
