On November 21, 2022, Inspira, a Puerto Rican mental health company, becomes part of the Keralty Group. Inspira has been dedicated for more than three decades to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of mental health conditions, for which they provide a wide range of services and professionals both general and specialized.

It is the first independent mental health institution in Puerto Rico accredited by The Joint Commission (Joint Health Commission of the USA), and currently has 11 centers that enjoy good recognition in the country for the introduction of innovative mental health programs, among them are: The Partial Program with intensive interventions; and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which offers direct clinical support services, guidance, counseling and psychological therapy to treat emotional conditions, interpersonal conflicts , marital or family difficulties, use or abuse of drugs or alcohol, loss of loved ones, stress, among others.
