In order to contribute to the improvement of the life conditions of the low-income population, our mission is "to develop and implement strategies for strengthening the health assets that promote community networks to improve quality of life, well-being and health conditions."
We work in 3 lines of action that allow us to accomplish our mission:
Compassionate care communities - we strengthen the creation of social and compassionate networks that can provide support to people during the final stages of their lives or with chronic diseases, as well as to their families and care circles.
Healthy Rural Communities - we promote the implementation of comprehensive strategies for dispersed rural areas jointly with the community, allowing them to be healthier and have greater well- being, strengthening the assets they have in place and coordinating them with the support of health brigades.
Advocacy in public policy by generating and transferring knowledge around the themes of our lines of action.
