Bogota, May 2019. Keralty, a company that in Colombia groups together companies such as Colsanitas, Sanitas EPS, Medisanitas and Colsanitas Clinic, announced the new formation of its boards of directors, which started its term on the second quarter of 2019.

The board of directors for Colsanitas, Medisanitas and Sanitas EPS is made up mostly of women. Among its main members are Mónica de Greiff, former Minister of Justice and current president of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce; María Claudia Lacouture, Former Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and current Executive Director of the Colombian American Chamber of Commerce; and Soraya Montoya, Surgeon at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and current Executive Director of the Saldarriaga Concha Foundation. Additionally, among the alternates, is Carolina Buendía, who until December 31, 2018 served as President of Sanitas EPS.
